Sport and training has been a big part of my life and has changed it for the better. My personal and professional journey includes Dancing, CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning and Mobility. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, I have had the privilege to work with clients with various goals and abilities. I approach my coaching style through scientific lens, implementing proven methodologies to deliver optimal results.
I created TPA method as a holistic multi-layered approach which focuses on overall balanced lifestyle, community and wellbeing to ensure people perform to their full potential inside and outside of the gym.
